The only thing that voids the warranty is unlocking bootloader. Simply flashing a new rom doesn't touch the bootloader.

You can even root your phone (without unlocking bootloader) and still enjoy your warranty.

I really hate having facebook application on my nexus one without having the possibility to uninstall it, with the gravufo tuto is this possible you have full access to ur phone and uninstall all applications you dont need?

    Cyanogen or Ginger?

should I wait april that videotron update my phone or do that right now?

When rooted and with titanium backup you can delete some system apps

Dont wait for videotron's update it may be long and you'll still be stuck with crap tweaked rom.

You can flash stock frg33 (2.2) and then install gri40 (2.3.3) directly. Many have confirmed it works.

Ugh, I've been trying to download ROMs from Shipped-Roms for days and the downloads keep failing due to timeouts with their servers.

Is there anywhere else where I can get an updated ROM? I'm running the Videotron hobbled 2.2 rom right now and would like to get the latest and greatest.
