    Name : media.videotron
    APN : media.videotron
Proxy : Leave blank to be able to browse secured https sites with default browser.

My pleasure. 1st thing when you get it, be sure to get videotron tweaked rom off of it. (No root needed, warranty safe)

    Enjoy

    Hi,

I plan to pruchase a Nexus One from Videotron in next days ...

I do some search because I want this phone to be sure to have the updates when they became available ...

I want to share Wi-Fi with my Ipod Touch ...

And after reading many post I think the best would be to scrap Videotron firmware and install the original one from google ... right ?

So can someone give me a link to a good "step by step" tutorial that explain how to do ?

I read also about baseband ... which one is the best ?

    Thanks for your help ...

Check the SuperOneClick method -> How To: Root Your Android Phone (SuperOneClick Method) | TheUnlockr .

I also had to install PdaNet to make my WinXP system see my N1 via USB cable.

Root your phone and backup your current ROM,.. then try out different ROMs. I tried a few before I stumbled on CM7 and love it so far ,..

Read this to decide if you want to Root your phone.

    Cheers!

I let you know if I buy it and if I do the updates ...

    Thanks !
