    yes the nexus one will be supported on Videotrons 4g network. I asked them about it 2 months ago

    yeah we'll get what the 3G+ is offering in terms of speed, maybe little more but do not expect full 4G speeds.

    I don't think the Nexus One is capable of HSPA+ speeds at all. It will never be able to surpass 3G speeds. This is all due to the carriers screwing up the definitions of what 3G, 4G and LTE mean. What they're selling now as 4G is really HSPA+, which, while it uses the same network infrastructure, still needs a different radio to allow the higher throughput speeds. Neither the N1 or the NS (except for the Sprint version--marketed as NS 4G) have the needed hardware for this.
