Without ADB installed you can't access the internal memory.

Does the phone still works at all? If the phone is backed up with Google you should have your contacts still, and as soon you enter your credential to the new device it will download them. If the phone still works you can try and plug it to a PC and get your pictures and files that way.

If the phone has a memory/SD card installed you can pull that and get all the data off it with a simple card reader -- and it's highly suggested you NOT return the SD card with the phone since 1, there's personal data on it and 2, you probably won't get it back.

I have got two zte scores both are in need of tlc. one is stuck in reboot loop the other needs a new rom it is glitchy
. any help cool to you
